Vastu For Bedrooms and Sleeping Guidelines - The Vastu Practice

Always ensure that there is a solid wall behind your bed.

Never place a mirror in front of the bed. If this cannot be avoided, keep the mirror covered when not in use.

Avoid doors in the South-West and South-East directions. Doors should be in the North, East and North-East.

Keep the center of the bedroom empty as far as possible.
